Job Description
Freshy Juice Company is the frontrunner brand in Cambodian since its introduction in October 2011. Now we are finding the dynamic candidate to fill the Positions below ( Long Term Career Opportunity ).
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist HR team on Staff Recruitment & Selection and maintain employee database.
- Assist and coordinate Staff Training & Development and maintain training database follow to the training plan & training framework of the company.
- Assist HR team on labour compliance and other administrations.
- Assist HR team on HR Administrative works and general administration.
- Assist other task as assign by manager.
Job Requirements
- Cambodian males or female from 18 years old
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- 2 years related experiences
- Technical marketing skills
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Relevant products and industry knowledge
- Experience with relevant software applications
- Analytical skill
- Be passionate, proactive, a self-starter, commercially smart, dynamic, creative, and detail oriented.
- Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Ms. Advance Excel/ Word)
- English proficiency
